Terms and Conditions

• BE READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Every property must be ready to be photographed within 15 minutes of the appointment start time.

Every property will be shot "as is".​

• RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Please call, text, or email to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment start time may be charged a $60+ fee plus any travel fees (if travelled).

• WEATHER DELAYS

In the event of windy conditions, rain, snow, or fog drone photography will be delayed and clients have the following options:

- Reschedule all services for another date at no charge.

- Perform all other services except drone photos. Drone photography will be shot within 3 business days as weather permits. A service fee of $60 plus any travel fee may apply.​​​

• TWILIGHT PHOTOS

Online prices are for add-on services only and must be completed back to back on the same day with another photography/video service. There may be an extra charge to travel back to the property for twilight photos. Twilight photos are taken 15-30 minutes after sunset. Please book your appointments towards the end of the day to avoid extra travel fees. 

• TRAVEL FEE

A $0.60+ per mile travel fee will be applied for all properties more than 30 miles from home zip code 80014​.

• PAYMENTS

All Photo Only and Drone Photo Packages require full payment during online booking to reserve your requested time and date.

3D Tour Packages and Premium Packages will be billed within 3 hours of booking. This will allow us to review the approximate square footage of the property for billing. Full payment must be made within 24 hours of billing to reserve your requested time and date.

All additional fees including but not limited to travel fee, rush order fee, twilight services, etc, must be paid before releasing any products. All sales are final.

• DELIVERY OF FINAL PRODUCTS

- 24 hour turnaround time for all photos and 3D Virtual Tours. Turnaround time starts 2-4 hours after appointment start time.

- Rush service fee is 25% of the billed services. 12 hour or sooner turnaround time.

- 2D floorplan may take up to 48 hours.

- All photos will be available to download through Google Drive

- An online photo gallery will be provided for the owners/sellers (for Realtors only)

• LICENSING AND USAGE RIGHTS

All photos are owned by Prime Space Photography. Every photography package and all it's final products are licensed for commercial use by the individual or company for marketing purposes only and is licensed for one time use only. Please have the owner or seller contact us for they are interested in owning their own photos or plan to use them again for another purpose (rental photos cannot be used again for a "for sale" transaction or with another rental company, etc).
